The Oklahoma Hall of Fame, founded in 1927, preserves Oklahoma’s unique history while promoting pride in our great state. The 501(c)3 non-profit organization is funded primarily by private donations and memberships. The OHOF is governed by a Board of Directors representing the state of Oklahoma.
Located in Midtown Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma Hall of Fame focuses on telling Oklahoma's history through its people, and each of its programs strives to accomplish that goal. The organization has hosted the Oklahoma Hall of Fame Banquet & Induction Ceremony for the past 90 years, recognizing the most accomplished individuals with the state's highest honor. The organization also supports education in a variety of ways, including offering more than $4,000,000 in tuition grants & cash scholarships to Oklahoma high school students. The organization is the leader in publishing Oklahoma's history through Oklahoma Heritage Publishing. In the organization's Gaylord-Pickens Museum in Oklahoma City, visitors can meet notable and lesser known Oklahomans through interactive exhibitory.
